Russian Armed Forces General Staff: "Nuclear missiles of Russia will receive new targets due to violations of the INF Treaty by the US"

The United States accuses Russia of violating the treaty on the elimination of medium-range and short-range missiles, not noticing the beam in its own eye. The other day, the chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Valery Gerasimov, made a weighty statement about how the United States violated this treaty. And that as a result of these violations innocent people may suffer in the territory of the states whose rulers believed the words of NATO generals.

As you know, not so long ago, in two alternatively friendly countries of our country, Poland and Romania, missile defense systems developed by the United States of America were deployed. However, in turn, these anti-missile systems may well launch ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads on board. And their goal, most likely, will be Russia.

And this kind of action by the United States - qualifies as a violation of the INF Treaty. And at the moment, as noted in the General Staff, the territories of these two countries will certainly become potential targets for retaliatory actions by the Russian armed forces.
