In turn, as a countermeasure, the Russian government is developing a national traffic routing system. It should provide access to domestic resources in the absence of access to the global network. Domestic IT-companies managed to move in this direction. However, Russia itself can initiate a disconnection from the global Internet.
By the way, not so long ago, a special study was conducted by Mail.ru Hi-Tech. His goal is to find out how much it will cost to block the entire Internet in Russia. The amount is amazing - the share will be worth a loss of about 20 billion rubles.
Of course, in the foreseeable future, after Internet sanctions, Russia is adapting to blocking large services or the entire Internet. But in the early stages, as experts note, this will have a great impact not only at the household level, but also significantly affect the economy.
