The Ministry of Defense has launched the Strelets-Hour program, during which the military structures will be equipped with the same name defense complex. It includes a unique bracelet to track various parameters of the military. Crimean soldiers were the first to get the latest gadget. It is noted that it is already used to protect the National Center for Defense Management of the Russian Federation.
System features
This bracelet keeps in touch with the command console. If an emergency situation occurs, all information will be quickly transferred to the command and control center. The device uses special encrypted channels for data transfer. The bracelet will tell you if it is removed, and also will give information about the exact location and state of health of the soldier.
The device is installed GLONASS system. There is a feedback that will allow commanders to quickly give the necessary orders in the form of text. A special button allows you to quietly give an alarm. If no action is taken within 45 seconds, the alarm will be transmitted to the commander.
The gadget has a return to base function. If a soldier, for example, is lost during a snowstorm, the system will show him the way to the base or destination point.
"The use of the latest developments for monitoring perfectly enhances the efficiency of object protection," said the chairman of the Digital Economy Development Fund.
Protecting a variety of military installations is a rather complicated and serious task. To facilitate the guard duty, a maximum of technology should be introduced into this process. Such systems not only increase the reliability of protection, but also help prevent possible incidents.
