According to TASS, it is not reported yet when the Caliber-M will be put into service with the Russian Navy. However, its development and production have already been incorporated into the state armaments program until 2027. So, no more than in 8 years.
By the way, today “Caliber” does not reach the speed of sound, overcomes a maximum of 2500 kilometers, and its mass is about half a ton.
Recall that Caliber received its worldwide fame after the Caspian Flotilla launched it in positions of ISIL militants (banned in Russia). In addition, the missiles were launched against the terrorists - also from the Mediterranean.
