The flying radar A-100 made the first flight

In the Russian Federation, they began to conduct flight tests of the flying A-100 radar.

This aircraft is equipped with a modern navigation temperature, which includes a dual-band locator with a phased antenna. In addition, the DRLO A-100 Premier will be equipped. The tests of the latter were completed at the end of 2018.

Radar equipment installed on board allows you to detect and carry out simultaneous tracking of up to 300 targets at a distance of up to 650 km. The flying radar is capable of making continuous flight at the maximum distance from the aerodrome up to 1000 km, for 6 hours.

In the autumn of last year, it was announced that the flying radars would be delivered to the troops in 2020-2021.
