The French magazine Air & Cosmos analyzed with deep concern the capabilities of the new Russian shock-reconnaissance heavy pilot S-70 Okhotnik.
According to the publication, the take-off weight of the machine will be 25 tons, of which 2.8 tons will be in service. The wing span of the drone is 19 meters. The length of the car will reach 14 meters. Maximum speed - 1400 kilometers per hour. The range of the vehicle will be 5000 km.
In July 2018, the Ohotnik was named the prototype of the sixth generation Russian fighter. And in November, the drone made the first run on the runway of the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant, reaching a speed of 200 kilometers per hour.
Then, in the USA, Russian development was considered to be an invention. But alas, in the Pentagon they were cruelly mistaken.
Recall the first information about the project "Hunter" appeared in 2012. It was asserted that the same research work on the creation of an impact UAV weighing up to 20 tons is being carried out by the Sukhoi and MiG. Then the maximum speed of the drone was estimated at 1000 km per hour.
