The Russian military in the Arctic deployed a mobile radar complex called "Resonance-N". The complex is adapted to work in the Far North.
The special feature of "Resonance" is that it is equipped with an artificial intelligence system. Such technologies must be installed on the northern frontiers of our country, so that a potential enemy could not strike the Urals, Siberia and Central Russia.
This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The complex can, at a distance of 1000 kilometers, fix flying objects of any size and any speed: from inconspicuous UAVs to ballistic missiles, not to mention objects like stealth planes.
Thanks to a phased antenna array and a locator, the Resonance-N can automatically exchange data with other radars and give a target indication to the fire weapons of the air defense system at a distance of up to 600 km.
The circular view of the space is conducted not by rotating antennas, but by electronic means, which increases the reliability and efficiency of the locators. In the production uses only domestic components and software.
It is noteworthy that the "Resonance" is located in containers on trucks. That is, it is very, very operational. It can be minimized in a matter of minutes and transferred from one place to another, so that the enemy will not find him.
