A few days ago, MiG-35 and MiG-35UB fighters were tested for their equipment's ability to withstand electronic suppression. In addition, they checked how accurately and efficiently they could use air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles for their intended purpose.
As noted by representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, despite the intense electromagnetic strikes of electronic warfare devices on airplanes, their onboard radioelectronic devices worked with appropriate efficiency. No failures were found in any of the ranges.
Recall, such tests at the State Flight Test Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation have been held for a long time. Their goal is to check the aircraft and adapt the crews to combat operations in conditions as close as possible to the combat ones. And first of all, if the enemy applies modern means of electronic suppression.
