Already this month, the 51st air show, organized in Le Bourget, which is located in France, will be held. It was there, two years ago, that Russia for the first time presented the SU-35 aircraft. The whole audience was just shocked.
This year, Russia decided to make a presentation of the AL-41F1S engine, which was used in the design of the SU-35 aircraft. After all, this aircraft belongs to the latest generation of fighters, respectively, all of its components are of great interest to other countries of the world. The engine itself is a dual-circuit and turbojet, with a special afterburner and a fully controlled thrust vector. Especially for the exhibition this model will be designed on a scale of 1 to 3.
The direct inventors of this engine are United Engine Company. Although the engine belongs to the fourth generation models, it is as close as possible to the requirements of the next generation. In addition to stealth technology and the AFAR locator, this engine from the SU-35 has all the necessary characteristics that apply to the next-generation engines.
