It is noteworthy that the Tirada-2C complex is capable of jamming the electronic communications of orbiting satellites with their complete decommissioning. In this case, the removal of satellites from the working state can be carried out directly from the surface of the Earth.
As for the "Palatina", it is designed to suppress the existing and future radio communication systems of the enemy, as well as for conducting electronic intelligence.
The capabilities of these two complexes are such that they can easily blind the enemy in the shortwave and ultrashortwave ranges, as well as deprive him of cellular and trunking communication.
