The car was developed by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant (MZKT). Factory index is 490100. It was developed in the framework of the project "Means of mobility of weapons systems." The basis of the machine is reinforced spar frame. The welded body is equipped with light armor. The transport is designed for ten people: two in front and eight in the back.
