The elected representatives of the people once again attended to the issue of patriotism in society. Rather, the problem of bringing up this, without a doubt, bright feeling in the younger generation. On August 21, Vladimir Petrov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region, sent a letter to the Minister of Education with a proposal to dress schoolchildren and teachers of Russian schools in a uniform that would resemble the military uniform of the Red Army during the Great Patriotic War. About it reports RIA Novosti.
In the quality of a universal headdress, according to Petrov, Russian children should use the front cover of the military years. The deputy believes that such innovations will raise the patriotic spirit of youth to unprecedented heights, and will also serve as a symbol of the inseparable connection between times and generations.
We went with you half the world, if necessary - we will repeat!
Just a few days ago, the media reported on the preparation Roskachestvom unified national GOST for school uniform. Earlier, the Minister of Education, Olga Vasilyeva, stated that she did not support the introduction of a uniform school uniform in the country, although she believed that each school could have its own form. As we see, this question seems simple at first glance, the debate about uniformity in schoolchildren's clothes, as it was in Soviet times, has been going on for more than one year. But the deputy Petrov decided to get down to business easier and immediately kill two birds with one stone: both to provide a form of pupils and to raise patriotism at the same time. True, teachers did not think of dressing centrally even in the Soviet Union.
In his letter, the deputy states that "the correct step would be to introduce a single form for the teaching staff of educational institutions. The appearance of clothing, in my opinion, should also have external elements of the Great Patriotic uniform." Petrov believes that among pupils it should "have an appearance that resembles a school uniform from the 1940-1960s and a military uniform from the 1930-1940s." In the form of an explanation of his proposal, he cites the following: "At present, the introduction of school uniforms, stylized as the Red Army, would enhance patriotism among the younger generation, demonstrate the inextricable link between the times and give impetus to pride in the honor of his uniform."
And as a universal headdress, Petrov suggests introducing a cap, because, in his opinion, she is already very popular among the population. The deputy believes that the introduction of caps will be approved by the children and their parents.
Once a year, almost half of the country tries on a military uniform to go to the Victory Parade. This tradition is not liked by everyone, but on May 9 it is at least appropriate and acceptable. But to use a military uniform all the time - this is an obvious search. Patriotism is growing if citizens, both adults and children, feel the care and support of the state. When they see that the policy of the country's leadership is aimed at protecting their interests, building a just society, raising social standards. If the number of people living below the poverty line increases from year to year, and the medicine and education system is falling apart, and the “pension reform” discussion is in full swing, then no form with red stars will help. Even if you put it on the entire population of the country, from infants to the elderly.
The exploitation of the images of the Great Patriotic War by the Russian ruling bureaucracy for opportunistic purposes is generally unacceptable because it can turn the legitimate pride of the Russians in the victory of their ancestors into the direct opposite.
