The United Instrument Making Corporation has completed the development of a new technology that can increase the security of communications and will allow the transmission of information over long distances, even in remote areas. The press service of the defense industry said that at the moment among the Russian electronics, no one can compete. In the future, the technology built on this technology can be used together with satellite systems, which will affect the speed performance of information transmission over long distances.
When creating new approaches were applied to the production, which allowed to achieve excellent results: it was possible to increase the transmission speed, several times improved protection system against listening and interference. The general director of the defense industry complex claims that the complex will fully function in cities, mountainous areas, forests and even under extreme arctic conditions, as well as during the occurrence of various types of interference.
Principle of operation
The range of short waves in which this radio station operates is in most cases not used for such devices for reasons of poor protection. But this development solves problems related to the security of information transfer. The broadband waveform, tunable in frequency, copes with the protection of equipment from various reconnaissance devices, in addition, it helps to avoid the occurrence of interference and attacks.
Sergey Skokov explained that they are already engaged in the latest tests of this equipment, at the same time, work is actively underway on software that also affects various indicators of the device. While nothing is known about the cost of this new development, the date of mass production has not been disclosed to the public. But everyone understands that technology is making a major breakthrough in this area.
Usually it is necessary to use satellite communications to transmit information for 300-600 km. Now this need can be eliminated, besides, it will be possible to create a communication node with the highest degree of data transmission protection.
