The ground forces of Russia will adopt the armored cars of increased security "Typhoon-K" and "Typhoon-U". In total, over 1,850 armored cars and special vehicles will arrive in the army this year.
According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in 2019 more than 1,850 units of automotive equipment will go to the units of the Ground Forces of the Russian Armed Forces as part of the execution of the state defense order.
The emphasis is on armored intelligence vehicles "Tigr-M" with a combat module with a remote control "Arbalet-DM", as well as on two versions - "Typhoon-K" and "Typhoon-U", with enhanced security. In addition, troops will receive the RHM-6 and RHM-8 radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance vehicles and more than 60 modern satellite communication stations R-441LM and R-444NL.
